At Omusubi, a short-term childcare center, we are currently looking for licensed childcare professionals and childcare support staff to join our team.
●Job Responsibilities
・Childcare duties , Maintaining and organizing the Omusubi environment
・Working Hours Mainly between 9:00–16:00
・Availability to work on weekends and public holidays on an adjustable basis is preferred
●Qualifications
・Women holding a licensed childcare worker (Nursery Teacher) qualification
・Women holding a Childcare Support Worker qualification, including:
→Basic Training + Specialized Training (Community Childcare Course – Short-Term Childcare Services)
→Basic Training + Specialized Training (Community Childcare Course – Community-Based Childcare)
Marital status does not matter.
●Hourly Wage
¥1,040–¥1,090 per hour
●Number of Positions / Age Requirements
・Primarily available to assist on weekdays, with the ability to work on weekends and public holidays upon consultation.
・No age requirement.
●Other Information
・Children are welcome to accompany staff to work / Side jobs permitted
・We are looking for individuals who resonate with Omusubi’s philosophy and wish to balance work with childcare and personal life.

Omusubi, a short-term childcare center, is currently recruiting volunteers (Childcare Share Members).
●What Is a Childcare Share Member?
A Childcare Share Member is someone who supports child-rearing in Kesennuma through Omusubi.
●What Will You Do?
Assisting with childcare , Helping maintain and organize the Omusubi environment
●Who Can Apply
Women who meet any of the following criteria are welcome:
・Hold a childcare worker (nursery teacher) license
・Hold a childcare support worker qualification
・Simply love working with children
Marital status does not matter.
●Age Requirement
High school students and above
●Other Information
Volunteering with children is welcome.
For the time you volunteer, you will receive free childcare tickets equivalent to the number of hours volunteered.
(Tickets have no expiration date and can be transferred to others.)

【What Is a Childcare Support Worker?】
A Childcare Support Worker is a staff member who has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary for childcare and child-rearing support services, based on a nationally prescribed curriculum under Japan’s Child and Child-Rearing Support System, which was launched in 2015.
To become a Childcare Support Worker, individuals must complete government-designated training programs and obtain an official Certificate of Completion for Childcare Support Worker Training.
